This policy explains how TripMaitri (tripmaitri.com) handles the information you share with us.
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, travel date, number of travellers and the service you are asking about. You may also give us an email address, a pickup location and special requirements.
Our admin area uses a login cookie for staff only. Visitors do not need an account.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare and confirm travel services, give customer support and keep booking records. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Your enquiry is stored in a database provided by Supabase and the website is hosted on Vercel. After you submit the form your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our team, so WhatsApp (Meta) processes that message under its own privacy policy.
The language selector uses Google Translate, which loads a script from Google and may set its own cookies when you use it. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of our bookings, and we delete them when you ask us to unless we must keep them to meet a legal requirement.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time. Email us and we will reply to your request.
Access to enquiries is limited to authorised administrators, and the database only lets the public add new enquiries, not read them. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us payment card details or passwords through the enquiry form.
